Ready to be one of
our Tenants? Please check the list below prior to completing
your application.
- Be ready to rent immediately or within
30 days.
- Your combined income should be 3 times
the monthly rent.
- Provide a minimum of one month of pay
stubs.
- Provide employment verification or
contact information.
- Driver's license and Social Security
card required as identification.
- Have a good recommendation from your
last landlord.
- Pay the $35.00 application fee for
each adult. The non refundable application fee will pay
for a credit and criminal background check.
- Pay a $200 holding deposit (Refundable
if denied). The holding deposit will be applied towards your
rental deposit upon acceptance.
- You will be denied if you have a recent
eviction, foreclosure, or bankruptcy pending.
- You may be denied if you have any
recent collection actions against you. You may also be
denied for any recently returned checks against your bank.
- If your application is accepted you'll
be required to pay entire deposit to hold the unit.
Money orders or bank check only.
- The lease must be signed immediately
stating your move in date.
- The day before or on your move-in day,
you pay your first month's rent and receive the house
keys. Money order or certified bank check
required. Personal checks or on line payment are
acceptable for monthly rental payments.
- If unemployed or a student you must
have a co-signer.
The foregoing are management standards,
most terms are fixed. However, if you have a concern contact us
and we will try to help you work the issue out. Pets may be
acceptable subject to additional deposit and completion of
necessary paperwork. All pets must be disclosed prior to
occupancy.
